Quotes and pricing

We give quotes after we have inspected the work at the property. Price depends on the job. Work starts only after you have accepted the quote. Once a quote is accepted there are no hidden extras for the work described in that quote. Any extra work beyond the original quote is discussed and quoted separately before it begins.

Bookings and visits

When a visit is arranged, please be available at the agreed time and give clear access to the work area and the distribution board if needed. If you need to change the time, contact us as soon as possible on +971 50 830 5059.

What the service covers and does not cover

We carry out the work that has been agreed in the accepted quote. The service does not automatically include extra tasks that were not discussed or quoted. If further work is needed we will explain it and give a separate quote before continuing.

Payment

Payment is made as agreed in the quote. The quote sets out what is included. After you accept the quote there are no hidden extras for that agreed scope of work.

Safety

We may stop or refuse work if we judge the situation to be unsafe. If this happens we will explain the reason clearly. Safety of the property and of everyone present comes first.
